WE have a new computor system through Telus CHR. Please work with us durinig this inital time as we are doing our best to accomadate you.

If you have an appointment at the clinic, you must wear a medical mask , if you have one. If you do not have one, we will provide it for you before you enter the clinic.

If you have a Drivers Medical examination booked, at the office , you can pay by debit or cash but you need to bring exact amount of cash with you because we do not provide change in our office.

Thursday: Closed

Friday: 9:00am-4:00pm

Weekends: Closed

Our Services

Burlington Medical Centre is a full-service family practice. We are not a walk-in clinic. Patients can schedule regular appointments by calling the clinic. Our services include:
