Our office has a new computer program now. Anytime you get a message from our office, you need to use your Care Card number as your ID. The old portal program is no longer in place. Please call our office to get information about our new portal program as needed. You can request an appointment with this program and we will confirm or reject the request based on our daily schedules. If you have been asked to come into the office , you need to fill out a questionnaire for covid and for pap test.

Patients can only book pap test and in person appointments, by calling our office , you are not allowed to book pap test online.
Burlington Medical Centre is located in the heart of Coquitlam BC. The clinic is conveniently a short distance from a pharmacy and LifeLabs, and is easily accessible by skytrain with only a five minute walk to Lafarge Lake-Douglas Skytrain Station (map).
If you have an appointment at the clinic, you must wear a medical mask , if you have one. If you do not have one, we will provide it for you before you enter the clinic.
If you have a Drivers Medical examination booked, at the office , you can pay by debit or cash but you need to bring exact amount of cash with you because we do not provide change in our office.
